Leadership
Nastassia Thomas, MBA is a senior business analyst, consultant, and entrepreneur with experience supporting both government and private-sector organizations through financial management, business operations, data analytics, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
Throughout her career, Nastassia has contributed to initiatives supporting major organizations in the financial services industry, including Bank of America, and currently supports federal government operations as a Business Financial Analyst. Her experience spans budgeting, forecasting, performance management, business process improvement, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making.
As the Founder and CEO of Jamaica Business Intelligence Group (JBIG), Nastassia combines professional experience in analytics and financial management with a passion for education, workforce development, and economic growth. She established JBIG with the vision of helping organizations leverage data, technology, and strategic planning to strengthen communities and create sustainable opportunities throughout Jamaica and the Caribbean.
Through JBIG and its flagship initiative, EDU Connect, her goal is to support organizations in making informed decisions, improving operational effectiveness, developing talent, and creating pathways for future generations to succeed.
